...throwing bowls...

So, Blu's Mom showed me how to throw a bowl last night... VERY FUN!!! I need to work at it, but I think I'll get it. The first two turned out great (it helps having the instructor standing right over you to remind you of the technique), but the third one flopped. I'm going to try and make something of the third one as there was so much clay left over on the bottom... and in a month or so I should have a couple bowls to show you...

Louie was working on pinch pots that she formed into little people. Her whimsical style is such an inspiration to me and has been integral to the development of my imagination.
